Cookies & Gift

1. We resend all cookies and parcels that were damaged. Customer will have to send the prove of damaged cookies and parcels to us through messenger/whatsapp within 1 day after received the item.

2. We pack our cookies and parcels nicely with maximum protection.

3. All cookies are freshly handmade by us, we do not pre-make our cookies and keep it as stock, therefore a minimum of 1 business day is required for us to ship out your order.

4. We strive to deliver your order within the delivery time stipulated, there is no refund for any delay caused by courier company, we will try our best to ensure the parcel will be shipped to you on time.

5. Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Saturday , excluding Public Holidays).  Delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 business days. International shipments might be delayed depending on custom clearance.

6. All orders cannot be returned and refund.

7. Our business operation time and day is:

Monday-Friday (8am-7pm)

Saturday (8am-6.00pm)

Sunday & Public Holiday (CLOSED)
